Master your breath, master your performance!

You missed out!
Have you ever dreamt of being on stage with the rock solid confidence that comes from knowing that nothing is difficult, or that you never run out of breath? How about knowing exactly how to sing those high notes you have always dreaded without fear? And wouldn't it be lovely to sing without any tension in the throat or jaw?
No matter what kind of voice type you have, the majority of problems singers have are very often caused by one root problem - but singers are often unaware of this - since their focus is on the symptoms, NOT the cause.
I see this every day, when singers come to me for help. They tell me they struggle with high notes, tension, long phrases, embellishments, intervals, uniting different registers, the list goes on.
NEVER do they come to me and say:
"It is my breathing that is wrong, and it causes so many other problems."
However, that is exactly what has been the root problem, every single time. Once you learn how to breathe correctly, you can start solving the other problems, but you cannot do it the other way around.
Even the singers who had been trained for 10 or 15 years, before they came to me, had NOT learned how to breathe. Most singers today don't learn this most important foundational skill for healthy singing, and this is especially obvious when they try to sing high notes.
One of the greatest opera singers ever, Dame Joan Sutherland, said this about singing technique in a Masterclass in 1995, at Cardiff Singer of the World, and I could not agree more.
"For me, the voice sits on top of the breath, and the singer has to control that breath and project the sound WITHOUT ALLOWING GREAT GULPS OF BREATH TO BE DISBURSED INTO THE AIR WITH THE SOUND.
Your breath is like a plinth on which your voice sits, and you only use a minimal amount of breath to pronounce the words. The sound is projected through the cavities of the mouth and the resonators of the mask, the face.
You shouldn't think about larynxes, and false cords, and pharynxes and anything else. I really do feel that there's far too much physiology talk in voice production." (Dame Joan Sutherland, 1995)

Hear Jessy talk about her huge transformation, once she mastered how to breathe, and the staggering number of notes she added to her vocal range!
I had the privilege of being trained, the old school way, with private lessons 6 days a week for 5 years, by the great Italian Soprano Aida Meneghelli. She had the same singing teacher as the iconic soprano Maria Callas - Elvira de Hidalgo.

As a Bel Canto coloratura soprano myself, with an extreme vocal range (up to B6b,) I know how CRUCIAL it is to breathe and distribute your breath correctly.
I help singers with this every day, and I know how long it takes to get the first results, and how it transforms the singing.
My teacher would not let me start signing before I had done 10 minutes of breathing exercises in front of her, during the first weeks of my training, all those years ago.
Now I give you the opportunity to learn this most important skill you will ever learn.

The Transformation!
Most of my singers experience progress with their singing after just a couple of weeks, some even after a few days, and you might experience that too. It is crucial that you resist the temptation to start singing big arias or songs you are not ready to sing, but instead start with singing easier songs, while you get used to singing on top of the breath.
Keep doing the breathing exercises, and let your voice and range develop gradually.
ALL IT TAKES IS 10 MINUTES A DAY OF EASY EXERCISES!
Once you have signed up, you have access for a year.
The doors to sign up close on midnight September 24th, so hurry up and sign up while you can!

What singers say

Greetings from Aina Elisabeth
Jessy and the others commenting on this page are just a few of the many singers I have helped, over the years. Right now, singers worldwide are transforming their technique under my guidance, either with 1:1 lessons, with my signature Bel Canto Course, or as members of my Bel Canto Singer Society - which is monthly membership site.
They say that those who can't do coach. That is not the case with me. I stopped performing, just when I had signed with a manager in N.Y. (and I started to have a good amount of press) because one of my kids had serious health problems. It took 10 years of hard work on my end before the child became a super healthy teenager. By that time I was already a successful manager, singing teacher and producer, working from my home office.
As the legendary Bel Canto teacher Mathilde Marchesi said 120 years ago: There are only two ways of signing, the right and the wrong way.
Based on the results I get for my singers, I am confident that my way is the right way, and I look forward to helping you with this most crucial skill of them all. I wish you all the best on your journey as a singer!
